Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and Kinesthesia LLC ("Kinesthesia", "we", "us") when you use kinesthesia.com, take one of our free assessments or downloads, or join the Kinesthesia Transformation Studio, including Threshold: Path of Becoming, the Integration Lab, live sessions, group cohorts and 1:1 sessions (together, the "Services"). By using the Services or making a purchase, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Services.

1. Who can join

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. You're responsible for keeping your login details private and for everything that happens under your account. Memberships are personal: please don't share your login or let anyone else use your account.

2. What the Studio is, and what it isn't

The Studio offers coaching, education and guided personal-development practices: recorded lessons, guided meditations, journaling, breathwork, interactive tools and live sessions.

It is not therapy, medical care or mental health treatment, and it is not a substitute for them. We are not your doctor, therapist or healthcare provider, and nothing in the Services is medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. If you are under the care of a doctor or therapist, or have a physical or mental health condition, please talk to them before starting, especially before breathwork or other practices that can bring up strong emotions or physical sensations. You can skip or adapt any practice at any time. If you are in crisis, contact your local emergency services or a crisis line right away.

No substances are part of the Studio. Any in-person retreats we offer are separate, optional events with their own terms and agreements.

The work is yours. Your results depend on your own effort and circumstances, so we can't promise any specific outcome. Stories and testimonials are individual experiences, not typical or guaranteed results.

3. Paths, prices and billing

• Self-directed: a one-time payment that includes Threshold and your first 90 days in the Studio, then $79/month.
• Group cohort: a one-time payment for 6 months of weekly live group sessions and the Studio, then $79/month.
• 1:1 Individual: a one-time payment for 6 months of private sessions every two weeks and the Studio, then $79/month.

Current prices are shown on our site at the time you buy. When the included period ends, your membership continues automatically at the monthly price, charged to the payment method on file, until you cancel. Prices are in US dollars, and you're responsible for any taxes that apply. We may change the monthly price in the future, and we'll give you at least 30 days' notice by email first.

Payments are processed by our payment providers (such as Stripe or PayPal). If a payment fails, we may pause your access to membership content until it's resolved.

4. Our 30-day money-back guarantee

If the Studio isn't for you, email [email protected] within 30 days of joining and we'll refund your initial payment in full. No hard feelings, no long forms. After 30 days, payments are non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise. Monthly membership fees are not refunded for partial months.

5. Cancelling your membership

You can cancel your monthly membership anytime, from your account or by emailing us. Cancelling stops future charges, and you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.

What stays yours after you cancel: Threshold and your Future Self Journey map remain available to you for life, for as long as we operate the Studio. The Integration Lab, live sessions and new content are part of the membership and end when it ends.

6. Live sessions, cohorts and 1:1 sessions

• Live sessions take place online at the times we announce. Times may occasionally change; we'll let you know as early as we can.
• Group cohort sessions and 1:1 sessions are available during the 6 months of your path. Unused sessions don't carry over beyond that period, unless we agree otherwise.
• For 1:1 sessions, please give at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule. Sessions missed without notice may count as used.
• If we record a live group session, we'll tell you at the start. Recordings are shared only with members.

7. Respect in shared spaces

Live sessions, cohorts and community spaces only work when people feel safe. When you take part, you agree to:

• keep what other members share confidential, and not record, screenshot or repeat it outside the group;
• treat everyone with respect: no harassment, hate, threats or discrimination;
• not use the Services to sell, spam or promote other businesses;
• not post anything unlawful or that you don't have the right to share.

We may remove content, or suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these rules, without a refund where the breach is serious.

8. Our content

All the lessons, recordings, meditations, workbooks, eBooks, tools, maps and other materials in the Services belong to Kinesthesia or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for your own growth. Please don't copy, resell, share, publish or use them to teach or coach others without our written permission.

What you write in your own journals and exercises belongs to you. If you choose to share something with us or the community, you give us permission to display it there so the Services can work. We'll never use it in our marketing without your clear consent.

9. Changes to the Services

The Studio is a living program. We may update, add or remove content, tools, schedules and features over time to make it better. If we ever make a change that takes away something central to the path you paid for, we'll tell you and offer a fair solution.

10. Third-party tools

Some parts of the Services use tools run by other companies, such as Kajabi, Zoom, Google and interactive whiteboard tools. Your use of those tools is also subject to their own terms. We're not responsible for their availability or how they work.

11. Limits of our responsibility

We work hard to make the Services helpful and available, but they are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. You take part in the practices voluntarily and at your own risk.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Kinesthesia, its owners and facilitators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, data or opportunity, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

You agree to indemnify Kinesthesia against claims that arise from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the Services.

12. Ending access

You can stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, misuse the Services or don't pay. If we ever close the Studio, we'll give members reasonable notice and a fair solution for anything they've paid for and not received.

13. Disputes and governing law

If something goes wrong, please email us first. Most problems can be solved with a conversation. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Florida, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim locally.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page, and if the changes are important, we'll let members know by email. Continuing to use the Services after a change means you accept the updated terms.

15. General

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any terms shown at checkout, are the whole agreement between us about the Services. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. If we don't enforce a term right away, we haven't given up the right to do so later. You may not transfer your account or these terms to someone else.
