This policy explains what personal information Kinesthesia LLC ("Kinesthesia", "we", "us") collects when you visit kinesthesia.com, take one of our assessments, join the Kinesthesia Transformation Studio, book a session or receive our emails, and how we use and protect it. By using our site and services, you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us

• Contact details: your name and email address, and any other details you add to a form.
• Account information: your login details and profile for the member area.
• Purchase information: what you bought and your billing details. Payments are processed by our payment providers (such as Stripe or PayPal). We do not see or store your full card number.
• Assessment and form answers: your answers to our self-assessments, applications and surveys.
• What you share in the program: journal entries, exercises, messages, comments and what you share in live or 1:1 sessions.
• Messages you send us by email or chat.

Information collected automatically

• Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, course progress and how you interact with our emails (opens and clicks).

2. How we use your information

• To give you access to the Studio, your courses and your member dashboard.
• To process payments, manage your membership and send receipts.
• To schedule and run live sessions, cohorts and 1:1 coaching.
• To send you your assessment results, program emails and important updates.
• To send you newsletters and offers, if you signed up for them. You can unsubscribe anytime.
• To understand how our site and programs are used, and to improve them.
• To protect our site, prevent fraud and meet our legal obligations.

3. What you share in the work

Transformation work is personal. What you share in assessments, journaling, sessions and private chats is used only to support your experience with us. We treat it as confidential and never use it in marketing without your clear permission. In group sessions and community spaces, other members can see what you choose to share there, so please share only what you're comfortable with.

Our programs are coaching and personal development. They are not medical or mental health treatment, and we are not your healthcare provider.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business, and only as much as they need to do their job, such as:

• Kajabi, which hosts our website, member area, forms and emails.
• Payment processors, such as Stripe and PayPal.
• Video and scheduling tools, such as Zoom and Google Calendar.
• Collaboration tools we use in the program.
• Analytics providers that help us understand how our site is used.

We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger or sale.

5. Cookies

We use cookies and similar tools to keep you logged in, remember your preferences, understand how our site is used and measure our marketing. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site, like the member area, may not work properly without them.

6. Emails

If you join our list, take an assessment or buy a program, we'll email you. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. Even if you unsubscribe, we may still send emails about your account, purchases or membership.

7. How long we keep it

We keep your information while you have an account or membership with us, and afterwards only as long as we need it for the purposes above, such as keeping financial records or meeting legal requirements. Then we delete or anonymize it.

8. How we protect it

We use trusted providers and reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No system is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security, but we take it seriously.

9. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to:

• see the personal information we hold about you;
• correct it if it's wrong;
• delete it;
• stop sending you marketing emails.

Depending on where you live (for example California, Colorado, Virginia or other US states with privacy laws), you may have additional rights, such as knowing what categories of information we collect and opting out of certain uses. We will not treat you differently for using these rights. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity first.

10. Children

Our site and programs are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Visitors outside the United States

We are based in the United States, and our providers may store information in the US and other countries. By using our services, you understand your information may be processed in the US.

12. Links to other sites

Our site and programs may link to other websites and tools. Their privacy practices are their own, so please read their policies.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page, and if the changes are important, we'll let members know by email.
